RICHARD MURDEN RESERVE

Public BBQ

Richard Murden Reserve, adjacent to a light rail station in Haberfield, is a haven for both pet lovers and families. The park is renowned for being dog-friendly, featuring a cafe that serves dog-safe coffee and an off-leash area, though it can get muddy after rain. Visitors can enjoy well-maintained tennis, basketball, and netball courts, though there may be waits during busy periods. The park has a playground suitable for children of all ages, picnic areas, and public toilets. There are ample opportunities for walking, cycling, and roller-skating along the scenic river path. This hub of activity includes an outdoor gym, ample green space, and facilities for various sports, making it perfect for community gatherings.
